Position is part time with flexible days/hours Monday-Friday for small construction company in Petaluma.
General clerical duties such as but not limited to:
Creating invoices, upload in system, email and distribute accordingly
Process weekly payroll
Organizational skills
Filing
Answering emails
Scanning
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Quick Books
Microsoft ( Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy a must
Ideal person is comfortable working alone with minimal supervision and a self starter
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
